• Usage data (analytics): aggregated, anonymised data about pages visited, device type, state (from IP, then discarded), and referrer.
• Tool inputs: ROI calculator and system configurator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
• Contact submissions: if you email us, we retain the email and any information you provide.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or precise location.
